With how much most of us shop online, receiving parcels is almost a daily activity. However, it is inevitable that sometimes the abang delivery just comes when we are away.

A woman in the Philippines by the name of Meg Gabest has shared with Pilipino Star Ngayon Digital about how her dog, Marveigh had helped to receive her parcel on behalf of her.

In the post written in Tagalog, she says that it was during the afternoon when the delivery person came over to deliver a parcel she ordered on Lazada.

Parcel Scan Code

Normally, she would be at work during this time and her boyfriend who lives with her would be working upstairs, leaving their golden retriever, Marveigh downstairs in the living room.

As usual, no one was downstairs when the delivery person came over and Marveigh took it upon herself to receive the parcel!

When she got home, Meg was wondering where her parcel was since the status showed that it was delivered and when she tapped on the proof of delivery, she saw that her furbaby had helped her get the parcel.

“I checked the proof of delivery on Lazada and that’s how I found out that Marveigh greeted the rider and he left the parcel with her.”

She continued, “Good thing she didn’t chew it as she’s still in the nibbling phase.”

Doggo Receive Parcel

After the post had gone viral, netizens said that Marveigh was a good doggo and those who were amused said, “From golden retriever to golden receiver.”

This is certainly a cute story, has your pet ever helped you with something similar before? Let us know in the comments!
