A fish pond approximately two metres deep in Depok, West Java, had to be drained in an effort to retrieve a missing iPhone belonging to a man.
The incident occurred at the Villa Graha Madani housing area in Sawangan. A video uploaded online shows firefighters using a pump to remove water from the pond.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max was eventually recovered and found still powered on before being returned to its owner.
