When we think of Ferrero Rocher, the first thing that comes to mind is the iconic song, “Con Te Partiro”.
In March, the iconic chocolate snack company decided to take things to the next level by introducing the Ferrero Rocher in ice-cream form!
Its existence was first announced to the world when Global Food News introduced it on their Instagram account.
Ferrero Corporate confirmed the existence of the said ice cream on their website in March.
The ice cream comes in three flavours: normal milk chocolate Ferrero Rocher, dark chocolate Ferrero Rocher and the coconut white chocolate Ferrero Rocher “Raffaello”.
In their statement, they said:
“The new Ferrero ice cream sticks are ideal for those who are looking for precious moments of indulgence consumers know from Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello.”
The milk and dark chocolate options have a chocolate shell and roasted hazelnut bits. On the inside, it’s a “smooth hazelnut ice cream enriched with a delightful hazelnut and cocoa swirl”. As for Raffaello, the shell is made up of white chocolate topped with coconut shavings and almond pieces that house “a delicate, smooth coconut flavoured ice cream”.
As of now, the ice cream is only available in five European countries.
Well, we certainly hope that the ice cream will make its way to Malaysia soon!
