If you ask any holidaymaker what Hari Raya is like, most would associate the festivities with visiting family/friends, enjoying time away from the office and massive traffic jams.

Not wanting holidaymakers near her home in Batu Kikir, Jempol, Negeri Sembilan to be stressed, Aisyah, a famous artist known for her hit Aidilfitri song ‘Pulanglah’ thought that it’d be a nice surprise for those stuck in traffic to enjoy a live performance.

Here is a video of the singer in action.

Equipped with a microphone and speakers, she belted out her hit song flawlessly with her family members following her in tow.

Taking to the comments section, netizen sang their own credits at her initiative.

“Never have I seen in my lifetime, singers singing live in front of their homes. Credit to you Aishah.”

Sure she may not be as relatable to the current generation of Malaysians, but this is what Aidilfitri is all about – a taste of the classics.
