Representing one of ARC Helmet’s latest product offerings, the XRS range mixes functionality, comfort and contemporary styling, while introducing a series of Star Wars-inspired designs that reflect the growing intersection between riding culture, individuality and lifestyle expression.

Bikers who are also Star Wars enthusiasts will find XRS helmets inspired by iconic characters including Darth Vader, BB-8, The Mandalorian and Stormtrooper. Fully researched and designed by ARC Helmet, the XRS range is also the brand’s first model developed in accordance with the ECE 22.06 European safety standards – marking an important milestone as ARC Helmet continues to grow and expand its ambitions beyond Malaysia.

Developed with Malaysian riders and riding conditions in mind, the XRS helmet features a larger shell size, built-in sun visor, click-release visor system, pinlock prepared, washable interior lining and an eyewear-friendly design aimed at improving everyday rider comfort and practicality.

With the XRS range, ARC Helmet placed a strong emphasis on ventilation and aerodynamics based on rider feedback, reflecting the brand’s continued commitment towards understanding and listening to the community that has supported it for over five decades.

Lee Pei Wen of ARC Helmet shared that the XRS collection reflects the brand’s continued mission to evolve alongside a new generation of riders while staying grounded in the trust and practicality that have defined ARC Helmet for decades:

“The way riders connect with helmets today has evolved significantly. Safety and comfort remain important, but riders these days are also looking for products that reflect their personality and lifestyle,” commented Pei Wen. “With the XRS range, we wanted to create safety helmets that balance everyday functionality with a stronger sense of design identity, while staying true to what ARC Helmet has always prioritised, and that is quality gear for Malaysian riders.”

The Star Wars Special Edition collection also features a Youth range inspired by popular characters including BB-8, The Mandalorian and Grogu, Stormtrooper and Darth Vader.

Operating as a family-driven business, the brand has continued to evolve alongside changing rider preferences and motorcycle culture across generations. Over the years, ARC Helmet has cultivated a loyal following and become a recognised name among Malaysian motorcycle enthusiasts.

Alongside the Star Wars Special Edition range, ARC Helmet also showcased a new range of youth helmets featuring beloved Disney characters from Toy Story, Zootopia, as well as Mickey and Friends.

The ARC XRS Star Wars Special Edition collection, priced at RM370, will be available from 4 July onwards through authorised dealers and selected retailers nationwide. The Youth editions are priced at RM135.
