Let’s be honest. It’s much harder to find a job now than it was ten years ago. Employers expect job seekers to have a ton of experience and skills to navigate the latest technology, even if they’re fresh graduates that have just entered the job market. How do we remain competitive and informed in such a fast-paced society?
Well, you can start by upskilling yourself with e-LATiH, a platform that offers 200 free online courses for Malaysians to access and learn highly-demanded skills that will make you relevant in today’s market!
e-LATiH is a new e-learning hub by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). It offers a range of informative courses that will specifically enhance your knowledge in the fields of :
- Financial literacy

The best part about this programme is that its completely free! Malaysians will have unlimited access to these courses from 6 February 2021 to 5 February 2022. That’s one whole year to educate yourself and pick up a variety of useful skills.
Among some of the attractive courses available at a glance are the Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator courses, Blockchain for Business, Data Analytics, Python Programming, and Job Hunting and Job Interview Tips.
Human Resources Minister, Datuk Seri M Saravanan said the initiative was created to encourage Malaysians to adopt learning and knowledge acquisition as part of their everyday routine.
“Malaysians have to continue to strive in a world that has become exceedingly competitive, pointing out that only those who prepare for the future are setting a foundation for future success,” he said in a statement recorded by BERNAMA.
While the courses are conducted in English for now, HRDF plans on adding options for learning other languages including Bahasa Malaysia to expand their reach.
