Racism here, racism there, racism everywhere. Let’s face the fact that racists are everywhere and believe it or not they live among us.

Despite most of the world joining in the bandwagon of wanting classless, colourless and equal rights for all, there are still those who want otherwise.

Such as the story of this bakery, having to entertain one racist customer. Taking to Facebook, here is their story.

On their Facebook status, the Thirty One Fine Bakes writes, “We received this message today and we wanted to share it with you.”

“There is no space here for this sort of hate.”

What did the message say. Well, first, the unnamed customer asked which race Thirty One Fine Bakes belonged to.

The baking store answered, “We are a multiracial company. May I please know the reason for the question?”

The response was, “I don’t like to buy anything from Indians.”

“That’s why I want to know. If there are any Indians in your company, tell me.”

Dude, seriously?

THIS of course, drew a response from the company, who went to lunch, slamming the customer.

“The opinion that you have shared is racist and we simply have no tolerance for that.”

“This company is a space for individuals to grow personally and professionally, with no prejudice.”

“…because of your disgusting remarks, we are NOT sorry to say that we would be happy to lose you as a customer.”

It was a good thing that the discussion ended there.

Netizens commenting on the WhatsApp message shared their views on the matter.
