“A Queen lifting a King” – Female M’sian Lifter Stuns Netizens by Deadlifting a Myvi at a Competition in Melaka

Nothing hits harder than seeing women show off their strength in ways you’d never imagine!

A recent video that’s been making waves online shows a professional lifter leaving the crowd and netizens in awe after attempting a killer deadlift, as shared by TikTok user @mariadiyanah.

“She’s an inspiration to everyone”

In the video, a female athlete was seen attempting a deadlift by lifting the weight of an actual car during Malaysia’s Strongest Man and Woman challenge over the weekend.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Diyanah shared that the event happened on Saturday (November 30) in Malacca.

She showed love and respect for the lifter, Mia, saying she was blown away by how strong and amazing she was.

“My reaction at that time was pure amazement at Mia’s (the athlete’s name) strength. She’s an inspiration to everyone.”

Netizens were blown away by Mia’s epic performance, prompting them to flood the comment section with their thoughts and reactions!

“I’m always lifting the sofa, and my uterus has already prolapsed, but your sister here is still going strong.”

“Her core is strong, and she wears a belt so her pelvic area won’t drop. If you just lift without proper form, even lifting something a few kilograms can cause it to drop.”

“It’s great to see her waist so strong. My waist had exploded a year ago, and now it’s normal when lying down, but I can’t lift anything heavier than 5kg, otherwise, my back automatically hurts.”

“When you’re young, everything feels strong, but as you age, many things change. But no matter what, well done, young one.”
