No plea was recorded

The accused, identified as Jad Faid Arhan, appeared before Magistrate Illi Marisqa Khalizan, where the murder charge was read out to him in court. He indicated that he understood the charge by nodding. However, no plea was recorded during the proceedings, as cases involving murder fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court.

In a report by Sinar Harian, Jad Faid Arhan, who was dressed in a red collared T-shirt and jeans, is accused of causing the death of 22-year-old Muzahid Millad. The incident reportedly took place at approximately 5:30 AM at KM1.9 of the MEX Highway, along the stretch from Salak Selatan heading towards Jalan Tun Razak.
