Pregnancy is usually a joyous occasion, a cause for celebration. However, it wasn’t so for a 12-year old girl that was brought to the hospital for a routine check.

The girl was said to have a huge and protruding stomach that’s literally covered in stretch marks, and it represents everything that is wrong in this world. How can such a young child suffer such a harsh reality at such a tender age?!

She was reportedly brought in by a 40-year old man claiming to her “husband” and a woman supposedly her mother-in-law. The devil duo tried to pass the girl off as 20, but the obvious truth was too much for hospital staffs to bear. I mean seriously, who’s going to believe that??!

Doctors of the Xuzhou City Central Hospital in East China’s Jiangsu Province started questioning the girl who was 3 months pregnant, only to find that she didn’t speak mandarin, reports Mirror UK.

One of the hospital staff boldly declared, “It’s obvious she is just a child, and certainly not anywhere near 20 years old.”

They then turned to the man for some answers but he quickly got irritated by their questions. “I took her here to be examined – just do your job. Stop asking so many questions,” he was quoted angrily stating. Guilty much?

Unable to just sit back and allow the horror and distressing sight that was unfolding before their very eyes, hospital staffs alerted the police and the man was soon arrested.

Authorities investigating the matter found that the girl did not possess a Chinese ID and suspect that she was of foreign nationality within Southeast Asia. Latest updates reported that the young girl was actually a Vietnamese abductee. The poor thing! 🙁

An official investigation later found that a woman surnamed Xie from Central China’s Henan Province abducted the girl and sold her to a Xuzhou man surnamed Liu, who was the man claiming to be her ‘husband’. Police have since arrested both Xie and Liu.

Two words — sick and wrong.
