Yumcha Malaysia recently took to their Instagram to announce that they will be giving out their Signature Canelés for FREE to all those who have gotten their Covid-19 vaccinations.

In their post, they explained that the purpose of them giving out free Canelés is to create awareness of the importance of getting vaccinated and to encourage everyone to get vaccinated.

“Going through this pandemic, everyone matters and everyone has to do their part. Yes, every single one of us. We admit public awareness of self-hygiene, following the SOPs and the vaccination is the key to helping the nation to go through this pandemic.

Instead of waiting for a magical act from the unicorn, we decided to do our part with the resources we have (yes, even as a seriously impacted eatery).”

They added, “In order to encourage the public to get their vaccinations, we will be giving out our Signature Canelés to individuals who have done their vaccinations.”

All you have to do to redeem your free treat is to show the Vaccination Card or the Vaccination Status on your MySejahtera Apps.

There is nothing much we can do now, but play our own part to help the country (and our whole nation go through the Covid-19 pandemic.”

How do I claim a free Canelé?

It’s very simple! All you have to do is flash your vaccination card or show your vaccination status through your MySejahtera application.

Yumcha Malaysia will be giving out these free Canelé’s from 20 May till 30 May 2021, from 12pm onwards. However, you got to be fast as they are only giving out 100 pieces per day!
