Sometimes, it can be scary and frightening to drive alone at night, especially on the dark highways with only the forests surrounding us.

Recently, Penang Kini shared on their TikTok account an incident of a woman in a bus who was allegedly possessed by spirits. The bus was en route from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, but something supernatural happened before the bus reached its destination.

In the 25-second video, although the woman does not seem to be aggressive, she was seen sitting and dancing slowly with her eyes closed. It is stated that she started to dance on the bus from KM 317 in Gua Tempurung, Perak.

In the meantime, a man’s voice can also be heard saying that “something” got onto her during the traffic jam in Gua Tempurung which subsequently possessed the woman in the video, causing her to dance slowly.

Fortunately, the woman recovered 15 minutes after the bus had stopped at Simpang Pulai’s rest area (RnR).

You can watch the video below.

Gua Tempurung is indeed haunted

The video has shocked netizens and some of them shared their very own experiences of supernatural encounters around the same area.

“I’ve seen “kinds of stuff” on Gua Tempurung highway. I once saw a long-haired figure standing on the bridge.”

“I’m a Perak folk. The RnR in Gua Tempurung is indeed haunted. But my kid sometimes encounters “them” in RnR Tapah, headed to the north.”

“I often travel from Banting to Pendang, Kedah. I’ve seen a lot of figures wearing white jubah (robe) in the area. Stop somewhere else if you need to rest, not Gua Tempurung.”

Have you ever heard of any haunted stories associated with the highways in Malaysia, aside from the infamous Karak highway?
