It’s no secret that Malaysians hate people who ignore road rules and cause an inconvenience to other road users, especially if the person is driving a luxury car.

And every once in a while, these types of people will end up facing the wrath of others who can no longer accept their bad behaviour.

The 馬來西亞東方日報 Oriental Daily News Malaysia Facebook page recently shared a video of a man attacking a black Lamborghini that had illegally parked at a bus stop at Jalan Perak, Georgetown, Penang.

They wrote, ” Dissatisfied with simply parking their car? A man kicked and smashed the Lamborghini. At Jalan Perak, a man kicked a Lamborghini that was parked illegally in front of a bus stop, and angrily broke the right side mirror.”

A report by China Press went on to explain that the owner of the luxury sports car had illegally parked his vehicle to have an affordable meal at an economy rice restaurant there. Not only did he park illegally at the bus stop, but he had also blocked the PWD (persons with disabilities) accessible pathway.

Soon after, a man who appeared to be in his 40’s cycled by and noticed the illegally parked sports car. He then cursed at the vehicle before kicking it, scratching its paint and tearing the side mirror off while complaining to passerbys that the owner should not inconvenience others.

He is also said to be mentally unstable.

The Lamborghini owner was then notified by members of the public of the situation and had allegedly called the police before apparently tying the broken side mirror to his car and driving off.

An unsung hero

Despite the fact that the man had basically vandalised someone else’s property, people have since praised him for teaching the luxury car driver a lesson to not inconvenience others by parking wherever he pleased.

“Hero! A great hero, he did something that many people dare not do.”

“Good job. This road can say that it’s congested almost every day because of chaotic parking, especially on Friday and Saturday. Why is there no law enforcement,” said a user.
