Kids should always be well taken care of, be it mentally or physically. Unfortunately, it seems that not many people are aware of it.

Just recently, Sinar Harian has shared an incident via their TikTok account where a child can be seen standing outside the balcony while the parents were just standing from the inside and watching, apparently not doing anything to bring him back inside.

It is unclear if they were just playing with the child or if it’s a form of punishment, but the caption in the video states the incident as child abuse. It took place at a condominium in Bukit Jalil. The name of the condo, however, was not disclosed. You can watch the full video below.

Back in November, a similar incident took place in an apartment in Selayang, which had sparked fury among the netizens for child negligence.

At the time of writing, the video has gained more than 180,000 views and more than 7,000 views. As expected, netizens are enraged to see such negligence happening again.

“Thank God for the recording. Or else they would’ve said the child falls by himself.”

“Please don’t treat your kids like this, regardless of how naughty and how bad they are. Life cannot be replaced. I feel so sorry for the kid.”

“How could they just let the kid be? You’re done. I hope this goes viral!”

In the meantime, a netizen revealed that the watchers from the inside of the balcony may not be the child’s guardian.

“This might be the nanny, not the parents. Sometimes the abuser can be the nannies, which explains why my mother would never allow a nanny to take care of the children of my sister.”

Regardless of the reasons, children should never be allowed to be left in such dangerous situations which may lead to death.
