What a dedicated delivery rider!

Recently in Thailand, a GrabFood delivery rider showed his dedication to his job by delivering pizza to the customer in the middle of a river!

The rider, Ake KB, shared his extraordinary food delivery experience on Facebook.

In the incident that happened in April 2020, Ake wrote that he was initially hesitant when he saw that the drop-off destination was pinned in the water. He thought that the customer’s house was wrongly pinned and was located alongside the river.

It took him by surprise when he learned that the customer was indeed in a boat on the river after giving the customer a call.

Ake then stopped his motorcycle along the river and found a boat to deliver the food to the customer. Two elderly people who were selling boat noodles offered to give him a boat ride. He paid 60 Baht(approximately RM8) for the boat ride and received a 100 Baht(approximately RM13) tip.

Ake’s post has since received around 73,000 reactions on Facebook and 28,000 shares at the time of writing.

What an experience!
