One of the coolest things about this ‘smart’ gym is that it comes with a few high-tech features such as:

• Engage Fitness mobile app: The app enables you to conveniently book a slot for your workout sessions. There is also a separate Engage Fitness Business app dedicated to personal trainers so that they can manage their sessions and process payments.
• Managed remotely using IOT technology: Since the whole gym is unmanned, everything from lights, ambience, and temperature to even music and screen displays are controlled remotely.
• Automated sensors and CCTV: The gym also comes with automated sensors that detect movement to control the humidity, automatic sanitisers and bathroom lights.

2. The gym is unmanned to give you privacy but it’s also very safe

As we mentioned earlier, the gym is unmanned which means there are no staff working there and you don’t have to worry about any staff or salesmen pressuring you into signing up for gym programs. It is also great for those who prefer to work out in private and it helps to decrease the number of people at the gym to enforce better protection and decrease distractions.

However, you also don’t need to worry about safety here because the ‘smart’ gym also ensures a safe environment. Their mobile app comes with a facial recognition feature to verify your identity which is also utilised at the gym entrance. This way, the doors won’t open to complete strangers. Additionally, the gym also comes with several panic buttons that you can use in case of any emergencies. Awesome right?

3. It is open 24/7 all year long to give you more flexibility

Another really convenient feature about this gym is that it is open 24/7 all year long which allows for some really flexible hours. Now, you can fit in a workout session no matter how busy you are! Plus, if you ever wished to work out at midnight so that you don’t have to exercise in a crowded gym, consider your wish granted!

4. The equipment is suited for various types of workouts

When it comes to picking a gym that suits you, you should consider the kind of workout you dabble in to see if there are suitable equipment for you. Luckily, at Engage Fitness, the gym comes with a variety of workout equipment that can cater to all types of workouts including:

• Crossfit
• High-Intensity Training (HIT)
• Bodybuilding

If you love trying out new and interesting equipment at the gym, then you’ll definitely enjoy your time here as you can use all sorts of cool equipment such as:

• Butt builder
• Assault bike
• Curved treadmill
• Dual chest-shoulder press
• Rower machine

Not only that but the facilities here are suited for personal trainers too. So, if you’re a gym-goer who has your own personal trainer or you’re a trainer who is looking to conduct classes with your clients at the gym, anything is possible with the Engage Fitness app! Simply book a slot on the app and you’re ready to go.

5. The gym is cleaned and sanitised regularly

If you’re worried about hygiene, you can rest assured that the gym and all of its equipment get cleaned and sanitised every day by cleaners so you can have a worry-free workout session. But if you do have any concerns, the gym provides a command centre for customer support where they are always open to listen to you.

So, are you impressed with all the convenient and practical features of this cool gym? If you’re excited to check it out, you’ll be glad to know that Engage Fitness has officially opened its doors to the public! So far, the gym has two spacious branches that you can visit located in:
