House owner or a tenant, taking care of the property is a responsibility that should not be taken lightly since the condition of the house determines its value. However, there are individuals out there who feel that it is ok to live in a dump.
For Muhammad Hariri Nasir, he had to face the biggest nightmare of every house owner — dealing with the aftermath of a tenant from hell. He went to inspect the house, and these were the things that he found…
…Kitty litter box full of cat poop,
…Cat poop on the mattress,
…Unpaid electricity bills,
… Unthrown rubbish full of maggots,
…And just to show their ‘appreciation’ for the landlord, they also left some instant noodles, biscuits and a can of sardine that can still be eaten. How thoughtful.
“This maggi, biskut and sardin is still good to be eaten. From your old tenants 💕”
Fortunately for the house owner, he still held the two-month deposit to help him to restore the condition of the house.

For house owners out there, it is time that you get your tenancy agreement ready every time you want to rent your house out. At the end of the day, with a proper arrangement, legal actions can be taken towards those who ruin your property. The tenancy agreement can also be for the protection of tenants so it is a win-win situation. Let’s avoid preventable nightmares, OK?
