As youngsters, one of the very first dilemmas that they’ll face is whether or not they want to buy a house or a car. That being said, many youngsters would choose to buy a car as their first major purchase.
Just recently, a house owner decided to help youngsters by offering a lucrative deal. In a post on Facebook, a netizen has shared that there’s a 3-storey house put on sale. The house is located at the Renwu District in Kao Shiung and it’s currently going for $12.8million TWD (RM1.8million).
According to EToday, it appears that the owner has specified that whoever purchases the house will get a brand-new Mercedes A-class.
“I know that many people would have the same dilemma and since I want to sell off the house, I thought this promotion could help attract more buyers”, the house owner added.
He also mentioned that the house porch isn’t huge, hence parking a car like the Mercedes Benz A180 is perfect. According to his listing, the house comes with:
- 4 rooms
- 2 living rooms
- 4 toilets
- 2 balconies
The owner has also mentioned that even though the house is over 40 years old, he has made renovations to the house, and it definitely does not look old.
