Starting 23rd July, Water Disruptions Will Take Place in KL, Selangor & Shah Alam For 2 to 4 Days

People who live in Klang Valley should take note of this piece of information! 

Air Selangor just announced that most Klang Valley areas will be experiencing a water disruption that will last for two to four days, starting next week on Tuesday (23rd July 2019). Oh no!

According to FMT, the disruptions will be taking place because of the water treatment, which will happen at the Sungai Selangor treatment plant. The treatments are intended to improve the water supply to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur (KL) and Putrajaya.

Air Selangor said,

“These improvisation works will mean the full shutdown of the plant.”

Having said that, the water disruptions will happen in many major cities like the ones mentioned below: 

  • Kuala Lumpur 
  • Petaling Jaya 
  • Shah Alam
