Yet another season, yet another new beverage in Starbucks!

This time, for summer, Starbucks has decided to be extra creative with their handcrafted beverages as they have released a bubble tea-like beverage. The Dark Caramel Coffee Sphere frappuccino (frap) is a very unique drink from Starbucks because it is infused with cold brew coffee, white chocolate and dark caramel. Yums, that sounds delish!

The goodness of the drink doesn’t stop there because it has an exciting little surprise after every sip – the Coffee Sphere! It looks just like Boba, but when you bite into it you get a burst of their signature Brazilian coffee. Oh-la-la!

Are you curious to know what they look like? Take a look at the pic below!

Like any other classic Starbucks frap, this Dark Caramel Coffee Sphere comes with a generous amount of that sinfully good whipped cream and a pretty little design.

However, if you’re not into coffee and would prefer something refreshing, don’t worry because Starbucks has got just the drink for you. For their “Summer-ready Frappucino Flavours”, the famous coffee joint has also introduced their Watermelon Lychee Aloe frappucino. Yums!

The watermelon juice is blended with chia seeds and “layered with (a) floral lychee whipped cream” that will definitely quench your thirst on a sunny day. And for some crunch, it comes with sweet lychee aloe too!

Adding a little twist to the presentation of this drink, Starbucks decided to get creative and make the drink look like a watermelon. Don’t believe us? Take a look at the picture below!

That said, do take note that the prices for both drinks start at RM17.50. Nice!

On the other hand, Starbucks also introduced a new line of merchandise called Anchor’s Aweigh and tbh, we can’t wait to get our hands on it. The whole line is inspired by nautical elements like “ships, paddles, compasses and ropes” and the patterns are styled like they’re hand-drawn.

The prices of each of the merchandise pieces are mentioned below:

  • Sailboat Icon Tumbler (12oz) – RM98
  • Sailboat N Whale Cold Cup – RM58
  • SS Sailboat Tumbler (16oz) – RM138
  • Polka Dot Sailboat Waterbottle (16 oz) – RM88

Will you be giving Starbucks’ new flavours a shot? Let us know in the comments below!
