A lot of love stories always start out with a single glance that eventually leads to something more.

That is also the story of a young Singaporean couple who had a chance encounter at the MRT station where they worked at.

Little India Mrt Station

For illustration purposes only.

The story was recently told by SBS Transit LTD on their Facebook page where they stated that Assistant Station Manager Amin was posted to the Little India Station for a day when he saw a beautiful woman who captured his heart.

The woman named Kathleen who is a Customer Service Officer at the station. Her smile made his heart skip a beat but he was too shy to go and strike up a conversation even when the day ended.

Fortunately, he managed to bump into Kathleen once again when she was on duty on board a train. A mutual colleague was there as well and introduced them to one another.

They then became friends on Facebook and little by little their friendship evolved into a romantic relationship. About a year later which was in 2020, Amin proposed to Kathleen and she said yes!

So on their wedding day, they decided to go to the place where they first met each other which is the Little India MRT in their wedding garb to take some meaningful photos.
