It’s dangerous to use your mobile phone at the gas station, especially when you are standing near the fuel pump as accidents may happen. Unfortunately, some people are still happily ignoring the rule and taking this matter lightly.

Recently, the Twitter page ISU VIRAL SEMASA shared a video of a Malaysian using her mobile phone for recording purposes at a gas station. The woman, whose husband drove an orange Lamborghini filmed herself doing a ‘tutorial’ on how to refuel a Lamborghini, as well as revealing the cost for a full tank of the vehicle.

When she has finished refuelling her fancy vehicle, she casually told the viewers,

‘It’s not expensive. It’s just RM400 plus! Cheap, right?’

The Twitter page has also tagged the Malaysian police (PDRM) in order to get their attention, to highlight the TikTok user using her mobile phone at the gas station.

‘Stupid people are so dangerous’

In the meantime, fellow Malaysians have also expressed their annoyance towards the video as the act is not only irresponsible but also endangering others.

‘I’m not looking for a disaster, but let’s assume if the whole place is blown up, let’s see how much her RM400 is worth. Don’t you think you’re endangering others?’

‘That’s why education is important. Stupid people are really dangerous.’

‘Did she rent the car?’

‘Just throw her into the bush or the river. She’s not thinking about her own safety, as well as the others and the premise.’

‘Don’t you know the law about using mobile phones at gas stations? Can’t you read?’

We would also like to remind others that using mobile phones at gas stations, for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Accidents may occur at any time and let us be responsible and thoughtful users.
