Now that we’ve become used to living with the Covid-19 virus, it make us uncomfortable to be around or even seeing crowds in videos and pictures.

But it appears that not everyone feels the same need to run in the other direction when they stumble upon a crowd.

The Inforoadblock Facebook page recently a shared a video from a Barisan Nasional event in Johor, where hundreds could be seen in close proximity of each other, standing in a crowd as they waved BN flags.

Inforoadblock wrote, “SOPs have been dumped into the deep ocean.”

In the video, a huge crowd of people could be seen in a closed space with no physical distancing.

Many were not happy that SOPs were ignored, especially considering the number of cases are already going up.

Bn 4

“When the case numbers go up, of course the people will be the ones they blame.”

Bn 5

“Yay, looks like we’re not celebrating Hari Raya this year. Politicians are being pigs.”

Bn 6

“Illegal indeed. Deliberately making a point for KKM to raise the Covid-19 cases. Not celebrating Hari Raya in our hometowns this year again.”

While it is understandable that the elections are coming up and political parties want to carry out their campaigns, but that can very much be done while adhering to the SOPs.

We genuinely hope that the authorities take the appropriate action against the organisers of this event.
