The statement said that the agreement will be signed at 5pm, 13 September, in Parliament, and those attending are Ismail Sabri as well as PH party leaders Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (PKR), Lim Guan Eng (DAP), Mohamad Sabu (Amanah), and Datuk Seri Madius Tangau (Upko).

Representing the government at the meeting were Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin, Law Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz, Communications and Multimedia Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa and Energy and Natural Resources Minister Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan.
