Sushi-making is a delicate art that comes with years and years of practice as every intricate detail of the minute dish has to be perfect. As everyone knows, it is originated from Japan but these delicious sushis are now available on almost every corner of the world.

Recently, instead of feasting on these mouth-watering bite sized eats, you’ll get to feast your eyes first. An art has developed for sushi and it has evolved to what the Japanese call the “mosaic sushi”.

It is a dish with various types of sushi, structured in small square tiles placed in a uniform order side-by-side. All in all, a very pretty sight to see. Almost too pretty to eat!
