A recent post has caught the attention of Malaysians after an e-hailing driver shared an incident that happened while dropping off a passenger he had picked up from a club.

Taking to Threads, the e-hailing driver, @hejan.57, recalled picking up a passenger from a club who was intoxicated at the time.

Drunk passenger leaves e-hailing driver a “gift”

According to the driver, it was only after he dropped the passenger off and returned home that he realised they had left behind an unexpected ‘souvenir’.

In a photo shared in the post, a black bra can be seen lying on the back seat of his car, which he believed belonged to the passenger he had picked up earlier that night.

“I picked up a passenger from a club, and she was drunk. I didn’t even realise she had left her ‘glasses’ in my car. When I got home and was about to take my wife out, she spotted them and started getting suspicious,” he said.

“Passengers, please take note”

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, the driver had a simple reminder for fellow passengers: always double-check your belongings before getting out of an e-hailing vehicle and avoid leaving anything behind.

He also joked that the incident left his wife overthinking after she spotted the undergarment in his car.

“Please, passengers who get into e-hailing cars drunk, no matter how intoxicated you are, don’t leave your ‘glasses’, and especially trash, behind in the driver’s car. Take responsibility. You’re an adult, so don’t behave so carelessly,” he wrote.
