There was panic at the mall recently after a mother lost one of her young children while shopping at the mall.

The incident happened at MyTown Shopping Centre in Kuala Lumpur, where a small boy somehow got separated from her mother and older sibling while at a play area in the mall.

After realising her toddler was missing, the mother panicked and went around in search of the boy by screaming his name.

Realising what had transpired, other mall visitors helped with the search, with the mother showing a photo of the boy using her smartphone to help others identify him.

However, things seemingly took a turn for the worse as the mother found the shoes belonging to her son, but there was no sign of him.

Thankfully, there was a happy ending to this story as the toddler was found by one of the mall’s visitors, who afterward helped the family reunite.
