Recently, one of the major boutiques in Shah Alam, Jakel, caught on fire twice, with an estimated loss of nearly RM100 million.

While the business owners are struggling to make up for the losses, another clothing warehouse in Shah Alam is also suffering the same fate. The warehouse belongs to Elrah Exclusive, and the owner of the brand, Sass Syed revealed on his Instagram that the fire took place on January 9.

In the Instagram video, we can see the aftermath of the fire, as well as the fireman showing Sass around the area of the warehouse that was affected.

While short-circuit may be suspected to be the cause of the fire at Jakel, things are not the same for the clothing warehouse. In the same video, Sass also shared the CCTV footage that shows an unidentified man climbing over the gate of the warehouse. A video captured by a nearby civilian was also included.

The man was seen throwing something (presumably explosives) before quickly running away. Sass needs your help to look for the perpetrator, and for that, he promises a reward of RM100,000 to anyone who finds the perpetrator who set his warehouse on fire.

In the caption of his post, Sass also shared a piece of information that might be helpful.

“My worker told me that he has seen a motorcyle rider ‘patrolling’ the area at 3 in the morning for a few times.”

Initially, Sass decided not to take any action against it but following the fire, he decided to do so for the safety of his workers and the stocks of his agents.

“This is where many agents make money. I can’t let the perpetrator shatters my agents’ dreams!”

Just this morning (January 11), Sass shared the latest update regarding the matter, and shockingly, a 2nd attempt was made to destroy his warehouse by trying to set the place on fire.

It’s frightening to think how far people can go just to destroy the success that you have achieved. Do you think Sass’s warehouse is being targeted or is this simply foul play?
