In a shocking twist of events, Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador has revealed that 38-year-old international fugitive, Jho Low seems to have safe refuge in the country he’s hiding in, mainly because the authorities of said country are refusing to cooperate with the Malaysian police.
Additionally, it seems that the man of mystery is taking extra steps to avoid detection, as Jho Low has allegedly undergone plastic surgery and now looks like a… bear?
“Among the excuses they (authorities of the country Jho Low is hiding in) gave was that he (Jho Low) supposedly underwent plastic surgery and now resembles a bear. His face is said to look like a bear. I don’t know but purportedly he has changed how his face looks,” Abdul Hamid told reporters in Sabah, as according to Berita Harian.
But that’s not the only bizarre claim the foreign authorities seem to be giving to our police chief.
“There was a time they said, when he walked he resembled a wild ox,” he added.
“Is that a logical excuse to be given by the authorities?” Abdul Hamid asked.
According to Bernama, the police chief is still willing to cooperate with the countries involved in order to have Jho Low returned to Malaysia.
“Whatever their terms are, I’m willing to listen, but what’s important is that the criminal must be returned to us, but he seems to get a kind of immunity and protection from the authorities in those countries,” he said.
The name of the country in which the alleged mastermind of the 1MDB scandal is hiding in was not mentioned by the IGP.
We must note, the term bear could also be derived from the LGBTQ term ‘bear’, which means a man who is very hairy.
So what do you think? Has Jho Low implanted hair extensions onto his face and is now walking (like an ox, apparently) as a free man in society, or are the authorities of the country he’s hiding in providing him with protection by spewing unrealistic excuses?
