The cake is so fluffy that it can be seen wiggling while the knife slices effortlessly through the cake.

Within minutes coming out from the hot oven, the sponge cakes literally sell like hot cakes in Taiwan. And some customers even line up for 30 minutes for their turn to satisfy their cravings for delicious cake.

The cake comes in a whopping 7 flavours, but the most sought after one is the ‘original flavour’.

Made from only the freshest ingredients, the cake is made from fresh eggs, milk and flour mixed in at a golden ratio which has been perfected through trial and error. The end result is a soft fluffy cake with creamy texture but bold with aroma.

The next most in demand flavour and a definite must try is the cheese flavour.

Filled with not 1, but 2 layers of cheese, the delicate flavour of the cake allows the cheese aroma to take the centre stage.
