This is some next-level perversion!

A man from Kedah was caught by police for recording under a 38 year-old woman’s skirt at a market in Jalan Langgar.

Thankfully, witnesses at the market noticed the 38 year-old man’s suspicious behaviour and figured out what he was doing. They proceeded to contact the authorities to arrest him, according to the New Straits Times,

What makes this man’s actions even worse was that he was attempting to record under the woman’s skirt using a special camera hidden in his shoe.

This allowed him to place his foot in a way that would enable him to record under women’s skirts without being noticed.

It was reported that the hidden camera was connected directly to his phone so he could see the “live footage” of his victims.

The man is currently being investigated for obscenity and for insulting modesty which could put him in up to 5 years of jail time, a fine, or both.

This story is one of many incidences where women and girls were the unwanted targets of peeping Toms in Malaysia. Recently, a man was charged by authorities for recording under a 12 year-old girl’s skirt at Ikano, Mutiara Damansara.

We urge everyone to remain vigilant in public spaces so we can stop this growing problem!
