Food delivery was one of the most essential things during the pandemic that helped business owners survive as customers weren’t allowed to dine in or head out.

One of the sweetest things that people have adopted is to send food to their partner and friends and with the help of different delivery platforms, this was certainly made easy. Just over 3 days ago, a hotpot shop shared an interesting post regarding a customer asking for help.

It appears that the guy has made his girlfriend mad, and he then decided to deliver Mala hotpot to his girlfriend and asked for the shop’s help.

In their post, they said,

“It’s not easy running a restaurant, but since a customer of ours have requested, we will do our best to make sure they’re satisfied. This is our principle when it comes to customer service.”

The hotpot restaurant located in Taman Pelangi Johor, then shared 2 pictures in their post. In one of the pictures, it was an order sheet that has a side note saying,

“Can you please help me write a note saying, Babe, can you please stop being mad at me?”

The 2nd picture was a drawing of a cute dog holding an ice cream cone along with the apology note. Following the incident, it’s apparent that the girl was no longer mad at her boyfriend and the shop’s assistance was definitely helpful.
