The King of the Monsters is set to awaken and rock Putrajaya, as Godzilla Run: Run For Your Life, an officially licensed themed running event, will take place on Sunday, 11 January 2026, at Dataran Putrajaya.

Officially licensed by TOHO CO., LTD., Godzilla Run brings together fitness, pop culture, and immersive entertainment in a monster-scale experience. With the “RUN FOR YOUR LIFE” tagline, the event challenges participants to outrun the legendary creature while enjoying a fun, cinematic adventure.
The event offers multiple race categories designed for runners of different levels:
- 21KM — Flag-off at 4.30am | Cut-Off Time (COT): 4 hours
- 10KM — Flag-off at 6.30am | Cut-Off Time (COT): 2 hours
- 5KM — Flag-off at 7.30am | Cut-Off Time (COT): 1.5 hours
- 3KM — Flag-off at 7.30am | Cut-Off Time (COT): 1.5 hours
All registered participants will receive the following goodies:
- Exclusive official Godzilla Run merchandise
- A specially designed race tee
- Finisher medal
Finishers will also proudly earn the title “I Survived”, marking their successful escape from the King of the Monsters.
