This is the renovated KL Library nearby Dataran Merdeka, not to be confused with the one on Jalan Tun Razak. Admission to this library is completely free and so is their membership. When you become a member, you can freely borrow the books there, use their private rooms and also use their computers at the internet cafe!

This library is also very accessible and you can reach it using public transport (LRT, MRT and bus). If you want to, you can also drive there as there are parking spots there.
