A couple of days back, the co-founder of MUDA, Syed Saddiq shared his experience of helping the flood victims in Hulu Langat, one of the worst affected areas aside from Taman Sri Muda in Shah Alam.

It was also made clear that the conditions in Hulu Langat are far worse than what was reported, to the extent where the victims had no access to clean water, electricity and internet even on the 3rd day of the flood.

Judging from the hectic situation that the people in Hulu Langat have to experience, you might wonder if there are more people coming forward to help ease the burden of the people in Hulu Langat after the conditions in Taman Sri Muda has vastly improved.

Hang in there people in Hulu Langat more help is on the way!

Perak Press has shared a video via their Facebook account showing a convoy of 56 4×4 vehicles on the way from Perak to assist the flood victims in Hulu Langat today (23 December). The volunteers will also help in cleaning the aftermath of the flood.

Who knew the view of a convoy can actually warm our hearts out, especially knowing that the purpose behind the convoy is to offer a helping hand to the unfortunate. Not to mention that it’s definitely once in a blue moon to witness a convoy of huge vehicles rushing to help the rakyat.

This also means, help is surging on a daily basis and Malaysians are uniting despite the tough times!
