In case you didn’t already know, Malaysia emerged as the overall winner of the SEA Games with 145 gold medals in total!

“Not only will Malaysians get to celebrate the unity and diversity of our great nation with our 31 ice cream flavours on this very special day – but also the many great milestones our Malaysian athletes achieved recently,” Baskin-Robbins Malaysia president Datuk S.Y. Cheah said.

This isn’t the first time Baskin-Robbins is treating Malaysians to free ice cream. In 2012, the world’s largest ice cream chain did the same thing after Malaysian athletes performed superbly in the London Summer Olympics that same year.

The response was so overwhelming that customers queued over 40km nationwide and 68,000 junior scoop ice creams were given out!

So guys, don’t forget to dress up, and show up at any Baskin-Robbins outlets between 8pm and 10pm to receive your free junior scoop ice cream! Happy Malaysia Day guys!
