Considering the sheer amount of malls in Malaysia, many of these malls have taken steps to garner attention and help them stand out from the crowd, such as by installing skating rinks and more.

One mall in Johor decided to install a slide and it’s already attracting some major attention online.

Netizen, faizal_danial, took to his TikTok page to showcase the slide in Paradigm Mall, Johor, that currently ends in the middle of the air!

Slide 1

He wrote, “A slide to the afterlife.”

Faizal’s video showcased the whole slide, which ends in the air (with kiosks directly below it including a llaollao) and it’s not open to the public yet.

What makes this video funnier, though, is one mall patron who was seen staring at the slide with a confused look on his face!

Well, it turns out that the slide may just be a small part of an indoor adventure playground by ESCAPE, as explained by Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru.

“After their success at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, ESCAPE is bringing its first indoor adventure playground to Johor Bahru! Stay tuned for updates on this thrilling new addition coming soon to Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru!” they wrote.

Not knowing this, many have since shared their amusement over the slide, with some even pointing out that the slide could be an express line to the llaollao kiosk.

Slide 5

“After taking this slide, (riders) must immediately answer to Munkar and Nakir (Angels in Islamic eschatology, who test the faith of the dead in their graves).”

Slide 7

“(After) going up the slide, you have to become a power ranger when you come down.”

Slide 6

“This is for your llaollao pickups, so that you don’t have to queue for long.”

Slide 8

“(You can) immediately jump to llaollao and have some soft serve.”
