A woman recently took to Twitter to share that she was tested positive for Covid-19 after hanging out at a few places in Kuala Lumpur.

As a precaution, @beomjunie was kind enough to list the places she went to so that all of you who were there at the same time and same place can keep an eye out for any symptoms.

She wrote on her Twitter:

“Hello, I got some bad news. Yesterday (7 November) I went out to several places in KL and today I got tested positive for Covid-19”.

“I want to apologise. It’s not my intention to go out yesterday when I am Covid positive because I only got the symptoms today (8 November) early morning and rushed to do a self kit test and RTK at the clinic and being confirmed by the doctor,” she explained.

@beomjunie added saying, “I wish all of you well if you’re at the same place as me yesterday (7 November).”

She then shared a few of the places she had been to:

  • Midvalley Carls Jr – 11-12pm
  • Midvalley GSC – 12.50pm (Movie: Eternals, Hall 1, Row C, Seat 12)
  • Super Boring Club Bukit Bintang – 5pm-6.30pm

She showed where she had checked in through her MySejahtera application, so those who were in the same area should be wary.

She told WORLD OF BUZZ that the people she had gone out with those few days had all tested negative. However, to do her part, she wanted to share the list in hopes that it will reach the people who went to those same spots so that they can get tested themselves.

“I’m sorry for putting y’all love one in danger and risk. I will take care of my health and surroundings better next time.”

Just a month ago, the Minister of Health, Khairy Jamaluddin announced that the price for self-test kits will be lowered further so that people can afford them and get tested regularly.

If you have been to these areas, please do get yourself tested and watch out for symptoms. Don’t forget to always check in through the MySejahtera app for easier contact tracing.
