Given Malaysia’s unpredictable hot weather, a refreshing swim in the pool is often just what you need. Take it from these siblings, they’re going the extra mile to make the most of what they have.

In a recent TikTok video shared by the user @sfqa._, she and her siblings can be seen having the time of their lives under the scorching sun in Silam Lahad Datu, Sabah.

Despite the hot weather, these siblings didn’t let it spoil their fun. They decided to have a pool party, and the video shows them casually loading up a trailer lorry with water.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, she explained that her sister came up with the idea. They had originally planned to swim in the river, but the plan got scratched because it was New Year’s, and everywhere was fully booked.

“My sister decided that we should just swim in the lorry trailer owned by my brother’s workplace, where he works.”

She shared that they placed a canvas on the lorry to avoid water spills. She also pointed out that she lives in an area surrounded by mountains and rivers, so the water they used came directly from the mountains.

“In the Silam area, we use water from the mountains for our daily needs. That’s why we didn’t face any issues with the water bill that everyone has been asking about.”

People on the internet quickly joined the comment section to express their thoughts on the situation.
