Normally, people tend to love peace and quite in the neighbourhood they live in, and if anything out of the ordinary were to happen, it would usually be met with confrontation.

But not this time.

Taking to social media, this netizen shared how his community supports a local hawker, who opened a stall right in front of his porch, only to be filled with his own neighbours. Here is their story.

With the caption, “We have visited here for two days now. You want to talk about calories? Lets put that off for another day.”

Talking about its unique location, at the porch of someone’s home, this ‘restaurateur’s’ journey began with when they decided to open tables, chairs and began selling roti canai – and their neighbours love it!

….and everyone in the family helps out!

The netizen adds that, though the roti canai is good, they are only open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays because the roti canai master has a day job to go to.

Up for some roti canai anyone?
