For most Muslims, gambling is forbidden. But if you drive by any 4D outlets, you will see a handful of Muslims there, placing their bets with the hopes of cashing in big.

Recently, a video recorded by a bystander was shared on a Facebook page that showed an on-going raid inside a 4D outlet. This raid was meant to capture naughty Muslims who decided to test their luck with 4D. From the video, it can be seen that the officers did not disturb the non-Muslim customers, but they were trying to stop the Muslim customers from running away.

An uncle was seen fleeing the scene after realising that religious officers have surrounded him. However, the poor uncle forgot to bring his bag along.

He decided to go back in, and try his luck, not on 4D this time but to retrieve his bag. He was lucky enough to escape a second time. Maybe he should bet on the date of the incident since he was so fortunate to escape.

Jokes aside, the real issue that needs to be discussed is the reason Muslims would risk it to buy 4D. Is it because they are desperate without enough money to sustain themselves and their families? Is there anything that the authorities could do to help them go out of poverty instead of punishing them for relying on 4D?
