When contacted by the daily on 1 May 2019, she said,

“I spoke to her over the telephone on Aug 27 but was unable to contact her the following day. A neighbour told me that my mother was spotted leaving her home with an umbrella at about 4pm, an hour prior to that I last spoke with her.”

Maegala works at a medical centre in Petaling Jaya as a customer management executive and she said that her mother was in good health before she disappeared. She has since lodged a police report about her missing mother and even sought help from a private investigator.

So, if you’ve seen this elderly woman around or if you have any information about her whereabouts, don’t hesitate to contact her daughter, Maegala at 012-6172931.

We hope Maegala will soon be reunited with her mum! It’s been too long!
