Being a paramedic requires a dedication to the job that makes it more of a hobby than a vocation.

Sure it’s no walk in the park, but paramedics are hailed around the world for being the go-to people in any form of emergency, and in this story, the definition of ‘any’ maybe stretched that much thinner.

Taking place in Thailand, a paramedic strapped the body of an older woman who recently bit the dust while trying to steal food and getting caught under the floorboards.

That’s what we call dedication.

In the story that took place, the 70-year-old woman was understandably found by farmers, believed to have suffocated after finding her self trapped in their store floorboards.

“Based on the clothes she wore, she may have come from the Mlabri tribe up in the hills. The hut was about 80km from the site of their village.”

The deceased was later tied to the paramedic and brought to the nearest Buddhist temple for burial because there were no other forms of transportation available at the time.

We are all indeed wow-ed by his dedication to ensure that the old lady receives a proper sending off despite not having a proper vehicle to transport her.
