Many of us try our best to maintain an attractive feed by taking IG-worthy photos. Sometimes, however, some of us tend to go a little… overboard. Well, this 19-year-old teen in the Philippines certainly got what he deserved when he took selfies of himself flashing the dirty finger in a police station.

According to the Manila Bulletin, Mark Jhun Ejorcadas was visiting his brother who was detained for robbery when he took the selfies. It was reported that Mark was not angry with the police for detaining his brother, but only wanted a ‘cool’ profile picture for his social media accounts. *Facepalm*

As reported by the Daily Tribune, Mark also allegedly shouted “F*ck the police” as he took selfies with the “devil’s hand sign” with two policemen in the background.

Unfortunately for him, one officer overheard him and charged him for unjust vexation on the spot. The two brothers are believed to be reunited behind bars.

We hope Mark has learned his lesson after this incident. Let this be a reminder to us all to be mindful of our actions and the consequences they entail.
