Calling all sneakers and streetwear connoisseurs out there, here’s an exciting piece of news that will thrill you: Malaysia’s BIGGEST sneakers and streetwear convention is returning for 2024!
SneakerLAH 2024 is returning this 2-3 November (10AM-10PM) at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
This year, the event is returning bigger and better than ever for its eighth edition. Powered by U Mobile, the event will feature some new exciting additions to the lineup. But before you start planning your way, let us first spill some insider info on what you can expect there.
1. Introducing esportsLAH: Giving esports a streetwear twist
One of the things that we love about SneakerLAH is that they are always keeping things fresh – not just with their style, but also their events! This year, they’re introducing another new segment, esportsLAH, which is a joint venture with Malaysia-based esports organisation, GamesMY.
esportsLAH will be a dream-come-true for gamers fans everywhere as it will feature anything and everything related to esports, including gaming tournaments, watch parties, free play areas, all-star show matches, and much more.
Taking place over the 2-day event, esportsLAH will be held in a separate hall next to the SneakerLAH hall at MITEC. Attendees can also enjoy matches for various games, such as:
- Mobile Legends (MLBB)
- EAFC 24 Pro Club
- Tekken 8
Leading up to the main event this November, there are multiple digital qualifying rounds held by GamesMY for MLBB and EAFC Club Championship. The top teams who win the qualifying rounds will then battle it out at MITEC to bring home their share of the attractive cash prizes.

2. The return of your favourite Sneakers Marketplace with exclusive drops!
Of course, SneakerLAH won’t be complete without its legendary Sneakers Marketplace. This year, we heard that there will be over 70 vendors and resellers that will be setting up shop at this year’s marketplace including CLOT, ASICS, Freitag, Peak KL, Futuremade Studio (FTMD.), Against Lab, Hikari Riders, Water The Plant, and many more!
What’s more exciting is that SneakerLAH attendees will be the first to witness the exclusive drop of ASICS Skyhand OG “Mamee Monster”, a collaboration between SneakerLAH, ASICS, and the beloved local snack Mamee. These sneakers will surely ignite the nostalgia of enjoying the Mamee Monster snack after school. Remember when we used to chase after the Roti Man just to buy a pack of Mamee Monster? Such good times!

If you’re a fan of SneakerLAH’s popular Closet Tour video series, then you’ll be ecstatic to know that this year, they’re doing a real-life edition featuring exhibitions of items found in the closets of popular personalities such as Hans Abdullah, Sheng Yi, SneakerLAH’s very own Pablo, and more.
