J&T Express Malaysia has officially introduced its FREE Parcel Pick-Up Service to all users nationwide, expanding a feature that was previously limited to VIP senders and e-commerce platforms. Now available through the J&T App and official website, the service offers Malaysians a seamless and hassle-free way to send parcels without ever leaving home. This expansion marks a major step forward in the company’s mission to enhance customer experience through practical, accessible and tech-driven solutions.

With this new rollout, every user, including retail customers, can arrange for a dispatcher to collect parcels directly from their doorstep at no additional charges. Whether for individuals, families, online sellers or small businesses, the service helps reduce the time spent travelling to drop-off points, eliminates queues and ensures a much smoother shipping experience overall.

“Our goal is simple that is to make parcel-sending easier for everyone,” said Jacky Hu, Branding Manager of J&T Express Malaysia. “By opening this free doorstep pick-up service to all customers, we hope to give Malaysians more convenience, time and greater peace of mind, especially in an era where efficiency matters more than ever.”

While this service has long supported high-volume shippers, its expansion to retail customers brings everyday convenience to a wider audience. With just a few taps on the app or website, users can arrange a pick-up from home without driving, searching for parking or queuing at an outlet. This makes the feature ideal for busy individuals, households and anyone who prefers a simple, doorstep-based way to send occasional or frequent parcels.

As demand for digital-first logistics continues to rise, this enhancement also supports Malaysia’s evolving delivery landscape by making parcel-sending more accessible and user-friendly for the general public.

Key benefits of the Free Pick-Up Service include:

  • Doorstep collection
  • Zero additional fees
  • Time-saving convenience
  • Reliable delivery to destinations nationwide

It complements existing app functionalities designed to improve visibility, efficiency and overall service experience. Users can access the FREE Pick-Up Service by downloading the J&T App on Android, iOS or Huawei AppGallery, or by visiting the official website at #1 Parcel Delivery Service in Malaysia | J&T Express Malaysia.
