J&T Express Malaysia has once more reasserted its seriousness about service quality by enforcing rigid and identical standards at all its outlets spread across the nation. This outlet image benchmarking, part of the company’s long-term brand development, acts as a critical benchmark that ensures all J&T outlets are consistent in being professional and trustworthy for customers all over Malaysia.

With thousands of touchpoints across the country, standardizing outlet appearance is vital for brand credibility. J&T Express Malaysia has set up an image benchmark based on a clear guide covering signboard compliance, correct usage of the logo, representation of brand colors, and cleanliness of outlets to ensure each outlet displays the identity and values of its service.

“Our outlet image benchmark is not a one-time initiative, but a continuous effort to elevate brand presence, and offer customers the same level of confidence and clarity at every J&T outlet,” said Jacky Hu, Branding Manager of J&T Express Malaysia. “A well-maintained outlet is more than just a workspace; it is a direct reflection of our commitment and professionalism.”

According to benchmark directives, every outlet is graded on a number of key parameters:

  • Professional signboard design according to branding requirements
  • Accurate and consistent logo and brand color usage
  • Clean, tidy and organised shop environment
  • Clear customer-facing areas, smooth operational arrangement

These criteria ensure that every outlet not only meets compliance standards but also enhances customer experience, supports operational efficiency, and reinforces J&T’s brand integrity.

To date, J&T Express Malaysia continues its collaboration with all the outlet operators nationwide to encourage improvement and support those outlet operators who try to maintain the benchmark. The consistency of outlets maintaining the benchmark reflects the company’s commitment to the pursuit of continuous quality improvement.

“It’s important that, as we head to a more integrated and customer-centric future, the bar remains high on every single touchpoint,” added Jacky Hu. “We will continuously raise the bar together with our outlet partners toward a much stronger and trusted J&T Express Malaysia.”
