Who knew developing an app could turn you into a quick millionaire!

You may recall that just two days ago (24 June), a former special officer to Najib was arrested right after he was done giving a statement at the MACC headquarters. It was reported that the man is a director of a company allegedly to have received money from 1MDB. But what service did the company provide in return?

Well, we may have the answer here because China Press reported that the man is apparently the director of a company called Orb Solutions, and this company was allegedly the one that developed the ‘Najib Razak’ mobile phone application back in 2016.

FYI, the application allows us to interact and share ideas with the former prime minister. Besides that, we can also get the latest updates and announcements from Najib as well!

As payment to the company, RM2 million was banked in to Orb Solutions for the app. The money trail doesn’t stop there, because another RM68 million was allegedly banked in to the same company between 2011 and 2014 in 24 transactions for promoting Najib and Barisan Nasional in the past!

The director is in deep trouble now because the money banked in was allegedly siphoned out from the world-famous 1MDB! Jeng jeng jeng…

We’re sure this is just the tip of the iceberg and more scandalous issues will be unravelled as the investigation goes deeper.
