Creating a resume can be quite daunting for first-timers. You’d have to ensure that the format is clean and easy to read with no grammatical or spelling errors in sight. But sometimes, these mistakes are overlooked, leaving you at the mercy of potential employers.

A Malaysian social media agency that provides design services for logos, business cards, flyers, menus, posters, catalogues, banners, billboards, websites, and more, posted a rather funny resume that they received recently.

KF Design told WORLD OF BUZZ that an intern had applied for an internship position at their agency and sent in a resume.

If you look under the skills section, nothing seems to appear wrong until you look closely and notice that the intern misspelt ‘Photoshop’ as ‘Potatoshop’.

Netizens were tickled by the error, with some saying that the intern had deliberately made that mistake to catch the employer’s attention.

  • “Maybe he wants your attention!”
  • “That potato is a deliberate attempt to catch your eye”
  • “Ask him how to choose a sweet potato for me.”
  • “The French Fries business has someone to hire!”

It is unclear if it was an auto-correct error or a human error, but who knows it could just be an honest mistake.
