As far as we know, Clubhouse is one of the latest trends where people use it to explore different kinds of topics through the live podcast rooms in the application.

On 8 February, a netizen named Oeston Woo has published a Facebook post to share his hilarious and bizarre experience entering a Pikachu group channel while he was using Clubhouse.

“I believe that most of you are playing Clubhouse these days, and there have been many “weird” groups in the application itself,” he wrote.

Oeston mentioned in the Facebook post that he has heard of a Pikachu group before, thus he found it and joined the group out of his curiosity.

He wrote,

“Once I entered the room, I realised that all of their profile pictures are Pikachu, and they even communicate using ‘Pika Pika’.”

Oeston felt so confused at that moment, but he still wanted to make sure if it’s a group that discusses Pokemon, hence he asked;

“If this is a group to talk about Pokemon?”

He stated in the post that all of a sudden all the Pikachus went quiet and one of them went “Pika Pika”, and then he was kicked out of the group.

Oeston wrote,

“Seems like they had discovered a human being, therefore I was kicked out of the group”

“I was so confused, how can they use ‘Pika Pika’ to communicate??”

Pika pika, is this a Pikachu invasion?
